Ahhh today was such an emotional day! I cried at least 3 times before noon. How was your Friday?
Actually, my Friday started out pretty “blah” (a less than stellar run will do that!) and then I turned that frown upside down! From being busy at work, succeeding in very simple Excel formulas (I am a GENIUS!), and Jeremiah’s (yes, again – I might have a problem) with co-workers my day picked up.
Also helping my day? My first EVER guest post for Tara at Texas Runner Girl. Go check it out and say hi to Tara!
Possibly the BEST part of my day? Realizing my weekend is NOT jam packed (for the first time in a LOOOOOONG time) — in fact the only plans I have are 14 miles and then a meetup with friends at the splash park on Sunday. I really can’t wait to spend time with these guys…
What are you looking forward to this weekend?? What do you do after an emotional day?

ahhh suck it up. cry baby! haha, j/k
I know, right?
Your kids are adorable! After an emotional day…I bury myself in the couch with some trashy reality TV.
Oh that sounds good! I wish I could do that tomorrow. Maybe when/if the kids nap!!
So glad you’re able to have a relaxing weekend with the fam. Can I just say how much your post from yesterday made me cry AND helped me find an awesome job to apply to when I looked into Newburyport daycare. It’s as a head cook for the Head Start Center in our town! I hope they’ll hire me to cook for the little ones!
Best wishes for your 14 miler!

Yay! Good luck!!! I think it would be so fun to work as a daycare chef (minus all the food restrictions). I love that B’s school (now Livie’s) does home cooked meals every day. It made it worth the extra money!
I plan on posting a “school lunch” post later this week — maybe you’ll have some insight for me!
