New TV shows start tonight!!
I, a confessed TV-aholic, have been looking forward to this all summer. TV and cooler (umm, kinda) weather — two VERY wonderful things fall brings!
Here’s what I’m ALREADY watching…
{Although some of these aren’t back until late fall/early spring!}
We also watch Parenthood, Fringe, The Office, and Happy Endings. (<—too many shows!!)
And here’s what I’m thinking about adding…
- Ringer (Tuesday @ 9pm — starting tonight with SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR — and yes, I just spelled Michelle wrong)
- Revenge (Wednesdays @ 10pm – starting next week – this will be a DVR’d show!)
- Pan Am (Sundays at 10pm – Starting Sept. 25th)
- Person of Interest (Thursdays at 9pm starting Sept 22nd – Staring Ben from Lost!)
- The Secret Circle (Thursday at 9pm starting this week)
- Up All Night (Wednesdays at 10pm – starts this week. Christina Applegate, Will Arnett, Maya Rudolph – I’m there!)
- New Girl (Tuesday at 9pm – Starts next week. I <3 Zooey!)
It’s NOT likely that I will keep all of these shows (I’m only one person – I can’t watch THAT much TV). But I like to give them an episode of two before I make my decision.

I’m actually not watching any series right now. I watch a lot of reruns and movies on TMN so I am looking forward to some of the spring/summer romcoms making their way to the On Demand list!

Burn Notice is pretty good. White collar is good and OMG! How is Sons Of Anarchy not on your list! Jax and Opey are crazy gorgeous and the show is just flat out addicting. I never thought I could see Kate Sagal as anything but Peggy Bundy, but she is amazing in this show.

Parks and Rec!! If you like 30 Rock and The Office you will freaking LOVE Parks and Rec!! I watch a tonnnnn of TV, too.

We’ve watched a few episodes and just can’t get into it. Same with Community. Sad, because I appreciate smart shows like – I just don’t connect with the characters
Sad! Community I immediately jumped on board with, but Parks and Rec… it was the same as The Office for me, the first season was borderline painful! Everyone swore it was worth it and luckily it TOTALLY is! I can’t believe how much a Parks and Rec fangirl I’ve become

I’m really looking forward to Pan Am and Person of Interest. I’ll be tuning back into Biggest Loser, Ghost Hunters, and Grey’s Anatomy. Definitely looking forward to the new Bachelor season starting in January.

Ha! I was totally going to do a collage of all my shows. Then I wrote them down and there were like 20 of them. I was like, that’s a lot of google searching my friend. In this case, I’m calling myself “my friend.”

I am looking forward to Pam Am, Revenge and of course Up All Night because I feel like I can relate. I really thought That I would like New Girl but they had an early release of the pilot on demand last week and it didn’t seem like my thing. However….I am sure I will give it another try.
I’ve heard that — I figure it’s worth a try. And if not – eh. I’ll still love Zooey forever!
I am so ready for some new shows! I watched Parenthood last night and was super happy that it was back on. Waiting on Glee, Greys Anatomy and House to start back up.
So glad to know I’m not the only one that’s addicted to TV! I’m catching up on the early seasons of Mad Men right now (AMC is re-airing the whole series from the BEGINNING as we gear up for the next season – I’m on season 2 now! Modern Family is an absolute favorite too – makes me think of my own family in SO many ways. Most of the other shows I watch aren’t on the main networks though – I’m hooked on just about everything on Investigation Discovery (all true crime shows!) and then there’s things like Bert the Conqueror (Travel). I’m not much of a sitcom watcher I guess.

My absolute favorites are Mad Men and How I Met your Mother. I also watch Glee and Desperate Housewives for some pure brain candy. I am thinking of checking out Pan Am since I love Mad Men so much.
