I find it ironic that some searched “how to look good in running race photos”, when I took these gems at the 15k…
(From Tip Films)
So in short — to that person who searched but did not find an answer (at least from my blog) …if you find out, please let me know!
Any tips for a successful race photos? I do think the first tip is actually noticing there is a photographer!
{And to Steve Jobs, who made this post possible — may you RIP. Thank you for your genius and influence on technology! We lost you FAR too young.}
I don’t know what you mean. You are the HOTNESS!
Sometimes I pose for the photographer–a thumbs up or something–because I’m super cheesy like that.
Bwahahaha!!
I think I need to start doing thumbs up or peace signs or SOMETHING.
I always look horrible in race pictures!
WHOA, Steve Jobs died? That’s a serious shocker! How ironic is it that it happened right after the release of the new iphone!?!
Yeah – so sad, right? Apple announced it tonight – from pancreatic cancer. After seeing him when he stepped down I knew it wouldn’t be long. What a huge loss 🙁
Haha AW! I think you look confident and strong if that’s worth anything 😉
Whenever I ran races, I would search out the photographers so I knew exactly where to pose/look during the race. Most of my shots have thumbs ups 😀
You look great, especially with that hat! You look strong and confident. Yes, it is sad that we lost Steve Jobs, such a great man with a great mind. May his angel always be with us in spirit!
I think you look like a superstar! I get super flushed and splotchy when I’m outside and working out, so I dread what my race photos would look like!
I bet you would look cute — probably because you are super cute 🙂
I agree, finding the photographer is number one. I am always on the lookout. Second would be to either smile and look at them. Or you can try the “hardcore” routine where you purposely look straight ahead and then really run fast and tough.
I totally spazzed in this race and forgot that there were going to photographers. Oops!
LOL about trying the hardcore route.
I always look TERRIBLE in race photos! I always tell myself to smile when I see the photographers but most of the time I’m just focused on not passing out LOL
I bet you don’t look terrible. How is that even possible???
Ha, you’re too kind Michelle. Trust me, I look terrible all the time but especially running. Haha
I HATED the pictures from this race. At least you look tall and skinny. I look like I’m so short, I’m rooted into the ground.
Ha ha. I look seriously goofy running to the finish line. I didn’t even SEE those photographers until I crossed. Actually, I didn’t really see any of them. I think that was part of the problem!
Yours look GREAT compared to my race pictures! Scary to think how I must look on the treadmill at the gym…
