In honor of Halloween on Monday – here are some of my favorite costumes over the years…

What was your favorite costume? I really enjoyed being White Trash Girl. Or maybe I just really enjoyed that party :)

    My 4 yr-old nephew was Buzz Lightyear last year- so cute! I’m a teacher, and one year I dressed up as Little Red Riding Hood. One of the teacher’s even sewed a red cape for me!

    I don’t really dress up for Halloween anymore, but as a kid I rocked a Blues Brothers costume.

    But what I really wanted to say was I’m so jealous of your Halloween weather down there! You guys get to wear flip flops while trick-or-treating? Up here in CT we would wear long underwear under our costumes! And somehow a genie costume doesn’t quite work very well when one is wearing a wool hat and gloves with it :)

      I grew up in MA – so I feel ya!!

      It’s a both a blessing and a curse that it’s so warm. Sometimes I wish it were cooler. 86 degrees at the end of October is a little ridiculous! Thankfully it cools down quickly at night.

    Toy Story Rocks! :) I liked being a beer wench a couple years ago, but my mom’s homemade costumes were pretty good too. Thanks Ma!

      LOVE the beer wench! My mom always made costumes too (give or take a few) – she was so crafty! I’m REALLY good at buying stuff on the internet :)

    I LOVE the pics of the kids. So so sweet! My favorite costume? Well, any time I get to wear my purple wig is a win, so I’d say that one. I think I was a fairy of some description??? I’m thinking I’ll wear it again this year with a witches’ hat, black dress, and striped tights and just be a witch. You know. With purple hair.

    Super cute pictures. I was Cleopatra last year… boring. Hubs was one of the bikers dudes from Sons of Anarchy. A few of the guys were actually.

    Hayden and Addie are so excited for Halloween. Hayden has a countdown going and Addie asks everyday “Is it Halloween day yet?”

    That’s so funny that we both had the same idea for topics today! I hadn’t even seen this post before I made mine. That He-Man costume is cracking me up!

    Love the Pixar costumes on Braeden! I’m sure our future children will wear them too, although Tadd already has the first costume picked out for our future firstborn. He wants to wear him/her in a baby backpack dressed as Yoda while he dresses like Luke Skywalker. This has already been 100% decided by him for years now. I have been informed that I have no choice in the matter. LOL!
