3 Things Thursday

I really should have started this whole 3 Things Thursday thing sooner. I love posting about random stuff.

1. I’m ready for the weekend.

(Don’t worry – there are bags packed and clothes involved too)

2. I just bought a Taylor Swift song and put it on my iPod.

Pigs might fly this weekend so watch out.

3. If you want a good cry (and believe me, you will cry) — read this article about a little boy, Logan, who passed away last week from cancer.

Not only did he the sweetest smile, but he too was a July 2006 baby – same as my B. I celebrated his birth, with several other “virtual friends” almost 6 years ago.  It breaks my heart to think about what his family is going through and her strength amazes me.

On that note — go hugs your love ones, challenge yourself to fulfill a dream, love every minute of life — and dance, for Logan.

  4. I can’t read that–I will lose it–but I will say a prayer for their family. I can’t imagine.

This is the Taylor Swift song from the Hunger Games, isn’t it? I am getting unnaturally excited for the movie. Just at the part in Catching Fire where they go into the arena. It’s interesting to read it now, knowing what will come. I feel like I’ll have to read it yet again as soon as I finish it. It makes my dorky English major self wish for a class to discuss it in!
