Saturday Morning Motivation

I don’t always love working out. It’s just been one of those weeks. I squeezed my workouts in, but it was hard, I didn’t WANT to, and I hated it. But was it worth it? You know it.

So go forth, do some motherf*cking crunches, and feel like a rock star. You can thank me later.

      I did a search for “I hate working out” lol. I tried to find the original site that this came from (to give credit) — but apparently it doesn’t exist anymore??

    Love the pic! I know what you mean. I didn’t want to workout on Wednesday but still went to Zumba class. Didn’t hit it as hard but still did it!
