I am so excited about this post because I created a spin playlist!
No, I am not teaching spin (but I am tempted to get certified like this lady just did), but my hubby took his first spin class on Sunday and I think he really enjoyed it. At the very least he was motivated to look up the gym’s class schedule.
Unfortunately, there aren’t any spin classes on the schedule during the times he can take them. Boooo!
Luckily, the bikes are accessible outside of the classroom so instead of going to spin class tomorrow he’s going to hop on the bike and try a spin workout created by moi! I might try to do this every Wednesday – let me know what you think
I feel like I’ve been spinning for such a long time that creating a playlist would be a lot easier than it was. A small part of me now forgives my past spin teachers who have not updated their spin classes and playlists in years.
