Unfortunately for you, we have NOT gotten tired of spin in this house – so today I give you Spin Workout #3!

This a very sprinty workout. Guess I was digging the fast songs this week!
So far the spin workouts seem to be working for the hubby. This is a) the most I’ve seen him go to the gym in over 6 years and b) the most I’ve heard him complain about sore legs. I take that as a compliment.
As an added bonus this week – I challenge everyone to do a spin workout and THEN follow it up with a 2-3 mile run. This is actually what I did this morning because I was a slacker last night and ran out of time for my workout.
