Workout Wednesday: Spin Workout #3

Unfortunately for you, we have NOT gotten tired of spin in this house – so today I give you Spin Workout #3!

Spin Workout #3

This a very sprinty workout. Guess I was digging the fast songs this week!

So far the spin workouts seem to be working for the hubby. This is a) the most I’ve seen him go to the gym in over 6 years and b) the most I’ve heard him complain about sore legs. I take that as a compliment.

As an added bonus this week – I challenge everyone to do a spin workout and THEN follow it up with a 2-3 mile run. This is actually what I did this morning because I was a slacker last night and ran out of time for my workout.

What kind of workout did you do today? How do you make up for slacking off (or do you?)

      I’ve thought about it – but not sure when I would have TIME to actually teach a class! I do enjoy making up these playlists though ๐Ÿ™‚ Maybe some day!

      I love it too!!

      You know, one of these days I’m going to try kettlebells and I have a feeling I’m going to love it! Can’t say the same for pullups.

    I’ve been reading your blog for a few months now, it’s great!
    I have to say I love these spin workouts you are posting – thank you! All the spin classes near me either don’t work out time wise or the instructors use all latin music (I live in Miami), so I am never motivated to go. But I just started using your instructions and music (with some changes to songs so I listen to some of personal favs)and they have worked out great! I am usually dripping with sweat after the first big hill – love it. You should totally be an instructor!

      Yay – this makes me so happy!! {I’m pretty sure this comment made my day} I’m so you are enjoying them! I would definitely look into instructing if I had more time. I think it would be so much fun!

    I worked out at lunch. Dang it, it’s getting hard to fit in the work outs these days.

      I DIDN’T tell her. Shhhhh. At least it was just one song. I might do a full on Rihanna playlist someday and dedicate it to her ๐Ÿ™‚

      Nice job getting your workout in at lunch! If we had showers I totally would.
