It’s WORKOUT WEDNESDAY!
I know today is National Running Day (you did know that, right?) and I should talk about running (don’t worry – I will be running!) BUT This girl is having a birthday TOMORROW! <– Don’t forget to tell her how young and beautiful she is.

In honor of her gracing the Earth with her presence for yet another WONDERFUL year — my latest playlist is dedicated to her, with some of my her favorite songs. I have managed to to exclude all Rihanna and Coldplay – and included some Katy Perry, Ke$ha, 3OH3, and dubstep. My girl loves her dubstep. I was tempted to throw in some of the Biebs – but I didn’t want to push it. Also -this workout has only standing jumps, a few sprints, some flat roads, and hills. Lots of hills.

I have a theory that if you do this workout calories REALLY won’t count on your birthday.

yay! My very own spin workout. I giggled at the VM theme and Phil Collins. And I must say, I still jam to Gangsta’s Paradise. You did good with no help! And almost all climbs – my fave.
And I WILL imagine Dan’s delight when he spins to Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.
I wish you could come to my gym and give me a spin workout … I hate the instructors at my gym so never go!
