I decided to sleep in this morning, which (like always) I immediately regretted once I woke up.
Instead, I got to work a little earlier than usual (believe me – this is an amazing feat on it’s own) and went to the gym after work. Only problem? It takes me about 30 minutes to go about 8 miles and there’s a spin class at 6:15. So I frantically rushed to the gym and fit in about 27 minutes on the spin bike. 27 super short minutes of spin is better than 0 minutes, am I right?
Here’s a few things you should know about this workout.
- There was no warm up
- There was no cool down
- The bike was calibrated in such a way that putting it on the 13th gear felt like the 18th gear on most bikes I ride. Whew.
- I only listened to (randomly shuffled) Coldplay <–yes, this is because I am seeing them tomorrow night.
So here’s my super speedy workout that not only kicked my ass, but left me sweating for AT LEAST an hour.
Don’t worry – if you hate Coldplay, the songs can be easily switched out and I’ll try not to hold is against you. (But, really, how is that possible?)

Now — go get sweaty!
LOL. Just saw this and saw I wrote the same thing on Daily Mile. After that email yesterday to Momjovi, I think we might be becoming the same person.
God I love Coldplay. I can’t wait to hear all about the show!
It was SOOOOOOOO amazing. I wish they would come back and play in Orlando. Maybe they’ll do a second tour next year.
I don’t spin, but I will if it means listening to a Coldplay mix. So jealous you get to see them LIVE ::drool::. Please jar me up some Chris Martin and mail to MI. Have fun!
You could probably run to this playlist too 🙂 I just posted my review of the show. OMG it was amazing. You must go to a show — and I must fly up and join you!
