I wish I could say I stayed on track for week 3 of Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp — but this last week was challenging. In fact, it kinda kicked my ass. Truth is, I’m just happy I got in 4 workouts! I didn’t even think I was going to be able to fit in 2. Sometimes you CAN surprise yourself.
Here’s what I did…

Week 3 meant a switch-up in the workouts, which is one of the best things about Tina’s Bootcamp. There’s no time to get bored!
While I didn’t have time to squeeze in Workout C (boo!), Workouts A & B were challenging, but also really fun. I especially loved mixing up cardio with strength training. It made me realize I need to do it more often! I’d run 5 minutes and then do a superset — and then go back to running. Let me tell you, the sweat was just POURING out of me.
This week is a repeat of last — with some added challenges and some added motivation…

One advantage to having an “off” week — is that is forces you to see what you’re missing out on and gives you the motivation you need for an “on” week. Well, at least it does for me. It helps that I caught up on some sleep and feel 80% less stressed. I’m so glad I made it through my week of hell.
Here’s to an “on” week!!
