Yay it’s time for another weekend — and my weekly roundup. Enjoy!

- I Can Explain
- Kenneth the Page’s “TV No-No Words” and the lyric’s the Rural Juror (via Vulture) (here’s the actual song)
- Fug the Show: Jimmy Kimmel Sucks - this might even be better than Matt Damon on Jimmy Kimmel (via Go Fug Yourself)

- How to Dance After Losing It All (via HuffPo) Gah. This essay made me want to bawl my eyes out – yet it was SO inspiring. If you read anything on this list this week – READ THIS.
- Or maybe you should read this article (via the NYT) about a couple (in their 70s and 80s) that found love. Oh, and they were runners. Too sweet.

- Supersets via Sprint to the Table (You KNOW I love a good Superset workout)
- Superball Workout via Live from LaQuinta
- My new submenu of moves (thanks to Katy’s 28 Day Blog Challenge!)

Love the Dance article and video. But now I’m so sad!

Right?? Gah! It’s that kind of article that makes me think — “Stop your bitching!”
I love your Inspire pictures. I needed to read those messages today. Thanks for sharing!
And my coworker and I always say that if people could overhear our conversations they would have us committed OR give us a reality TV show. haha

Thanks for including me! I love your roundup, especially your inspire pictures! I’m going to check out some of those links now.

Thanks for stopping by — and for posting that great workout. I just discovered how great stability ball workouts can be for you (I guess I’m a little late to the party!).
I’m just loving Jimmy Kimmel on at 11:30 now, and always get a good laugh watching him. It’s horrible that I’m still up at that time, but most of the time I am. I think he is quite funny and such a welcome for that time slot. I’ve noticed you have also commented on some of his recent shows too. Hubby and I have a plan to try to both be ready for bed and ready to watch his monologue.
