One of my goals in 2013 is ramp up my workout posts and also focus on a VARIETY of workouts. As a disclosure, I’m NOT a personal trainer, so my workouts are really just ones I enjoy doing, keep me motivated, and give me results. Getting NASM certified is one of my goals on my checklist this year – so hopefully I can change this disclosure in the near future!
These workouts can ALWAYS be modified to fit your fitness level, but I do recommend talking to a Dr. if you have any health issues or are pregnant.
